I'll be posting many posts today. lol, actually not many, just 2. But it's counted as many coz I don't post 2 in a day. This would make up for not posting for around 2 weeks. ((:
Today is the 1st time I've ever done CIP in the morning. (: hahax, it's true. I usually do 2-5. Coz I've only done for 2 times. lol.
I rushed to the Toa Payoh Community Library coz I thought that I was late. But I was not. The library wasn't open. I was very worried coz I don't want to do extra minutes. {I thought that I was supposed to shelve books or shelf-reading again... It was super tirring, kk?}I have never been to the library once it opened. NEVER in my LIFE!!! Would you believe that??? I'm not kidding, k. It's true. Although, I always go to the library, I don't go when it just open. I still had to wait for about 1 minute before I was in. It was so funny, librarian greeting us while we come in. {no offence!} I mean, it was polite of them, but I wasn't used to it. lol.
I was the first to finish signing in. Luckily for me, my sign in paper wasn't in the other file which the other girls took. Coz they sort of came in first so I let them have the first pick for the file. There were 3 of them. Shortly, after writing the paper, 3 guys came to sign in too. You know, there was files for Balestier Hill Sec and Whitley Sec. The last time I was here, I didn't see it. I guess it was really a long time since I've been here. lol. So, after signing in, I almost forgotten to take my tag. And I was waiting for the library on duty to assign me duties. At first she asked me to go the shelving room. Then she called me back again, and told me to go to the staff's workroom at level 3 and knock on the door and ask for Wang Cheng.
At first, I didn't know where is there Staff's Workroom. Although, I always go to level 3, to borrow CD-Roms, but I didn't know where is the place. great. But I found it after seaching for less than a minute luckily. I saw that there was a door bell but hesitated, as d librarian asked me to knock on the door and not press the door bell so I just knocked on d door... hahax, but yeah. But luckily, the person I was looking for opened d door for me. I didn't know what the librarian at d counter said about the name of the person I was supposed to ask for. LoL, she sort of like knew that I was the one who was supposed to help her so she answered the door.
Yeah, so it was my start of CIP. I transferred some books onto another shelf. In order to not mix up all d books, I took them chunk by chunk. So, in a flash, I was done. It wasn't that many books. Probably around 30+ books.... LoL...Then I did sat down on a chair and cut paper... So easy, but I had to cut many pieces, and my hand is aching, but I'd rather have hand ache then leg or any other aching... LoL.. but yeah, it's true... Then I had to do stuff for another lady. She asked me to make like 5 boxes for her. She only asked me to put one tape over the bottom of the box, I don't think it would hold for long. I hope I've done a great job.. ((: I was like passed around the parcel as I had to do work for 4 ladies in total... HAHA. I was passed again, to the next lady...
She asked me to tie some books left by other ppl and I had to go to the 1st floor for putting the books into the bag and after the lady told me how to tie and what to do with the books, I was alone, wif the bags, and books. LoL.. BB.. hahax, byebye, lol... Before I could do anything, another librarian called Nurul, told me to find a book for her and it's urgent. I was afraid I couldn't find it in time... It was urgent, ok... ((: hehe... But I was used to finding books in the 2nd floor coz I did many of my CIP there. In fact, I thought I wouldn't have to go to the 2nd floor but I still had to, to find d book... so funny. Every of my CIP I will go to the 2nd floor. Yesterday too... hahax. So yeah, I was pretty gd at finding books. I was also pretty scared that I can't find it as it was roaming around somewhere and I will have to take a long time to find it. So, alast, I managed to do my task. After that, I continued to unwrap the books, and placing it into the bag.. There were like so many many books, I had to put it in 3 bags, and I had so many paper left over... haha.. OK, so yeah.
After packing the books into d bag, I had to check for the roaming list and CSO list. I had to make sure it was d same for both in the file and in the paper that she {Wang Cheng} gave me. It was so easy. After that, I had to make some more boxes for the same lady mentioned aboved.. It was easy man. I hope I did a great job making the boxes and hoped that it wouldn't give way... lol. Another easy task...
I had to count the ppl who enquired about the library and stuff. {by Wang Cheng} Yeah, I don't know what is it and I think I've forgotten... hehe... so yeah. {I know I keep saying this but yeah, it just comes out...} After doing it asap, I had nothing else to do. She asked everyone in the Staff Workroom and they also had nothing for me to do, anyway, I only had a few minutes left. So she asked me to go to the sorting room. I did so, and a lady asked me to go and shelf-read {meaning pack the books properly and see if they are placed in d right place. If not, placed it to it's proper place} I only did this for 10 minutes, but it felt like 30 minutes. Coz it's really tirring... haha, so yeah. And that's d end of my CIP for that day. I went to Comics Connection, and I saw S.H.E 3R picz. I wanted to buy, but I had no money. It was $4.50. I only had $1.50. And it was on offer. It was actually $6.50. $4.50 already very ex, some more it's on offer already. I was very mad coz when I went there yesterday, I saw some more new S.H.E play picz. And I only had $8.50. I wanted to buy my Forever CD but this Emily, nv lend me $1.50 so I can't buy. Anyway, I really liked the picz and I bought one. But it was so ex. I think I really like S.H.E a lot. BTW, I think that they're really gd at singing, which is why I liked them.
Today, Emily, told me that the Mediacorp publishing is going to publish 3 covers.1st week: Ella, 2nd week:Selina, 3rd week: Hebe. U must b thinking I would only buy 1, Hebe's but u're wrong, I would want to buy all. In the December hols, I would want to make a file about them. ((: YAY, they're coming to S'pore... I'm so happy. I'm so going to queue up for their stuff. I just hope it's going to b on a weekday, Tues and Fri... Coz not many ppl can come.. ((: Evil rite? hahax, no. It's coz I don't have to queue up for so long.. hahax...
